When am I able to contact White-Glove Support?
Whenever the question strikes you is the best time to send us a message. We think people come up with the best strategies and questions while going for a morning run, taking a lunch break, or just randomly during the middle of the night – those are the best times to get your ideas moving forward and send us some details about what you're thinking. Are there different levels of White-Glove Support?

The Pro subscription is perfect for owners and teams that have a collection of questions that are not too time sensitive. The perfect example is an owner who finds an issue with a payroll report on a Monday, and needs to find an answer to why within a day or two. Pro comes packed with unlimited users, open communication with no banks of calls, and a 72 hour average response time.

The Elite package adds even more premiere features. Elite includes everything Pro offers, except includes a 24 hour response time, and even more access to your Account Manager
How many times can I contact White-Glove Support in one month?
Ask as many questions as you can possibly think of, as often as you would like. White Glove Support will never cap you off or stifle what could be a brilliant solution. The only consequence that could come from asking too many questions, is that our researchers are backed up with work for you – but we would make sure to let you know promptly if there was going to be any sort of time delay with any of the inquiries on your account.
Can I see what my team is asking and check up on the results?
Yes. Our support system can be linked to your domain name, and anyone using your domain name as their email address, can have access to all this wonderful brainpower. The account owner will see a dashboard in the My Account section containing all of the questions asked along with any status and results to keep effortlessly up to date.
Am I able to schedule time with my Account Manager outside of normal subscription chat methods?
Yes. Of course you can message us any time of the day or night, but we know that sometimes you just want to talk through an issue or idea for an hour or two. Your Account Manager can take care of scheduling Brainstorming Sessions for you, where you get together for a 90 minute in depth brainstorm and resolution session with your expert on the topic of your choice.
How long are your contracts? Can I change plans at any time?
We love to really get into being a part of your team, and like to promote a one year subscription length in order to have time to resolve as many technical hurdles for a partner as we can. We also love a quick focus group to sort through a big project like inventory or employee monitoring for a few months. Whether you are month-to-month or would like to save with an annual discount, we are here to help.
Can I buy features a la carte?

Are there any hidden fees?
ReasonSpark will never hide a fee – if you think having a few of our features around sounds good, then we will deliver the quote and that will be the last of the changes to pricing from us. All of our clients can feel secure by logging into the Account Portal where you have a birds-eye-view of the whole shindig.
What is the cancellation policy?
Out of questions? All of your technical issues solved? Monthly Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Automatic payments for White Glove Support contracts will stop after 30 days of cancellation. Any unused months from yearly subscriptions will be refunded with a deduction of 30 days. We are still here when you need us! Join back anytime and we will pick up right where we left off.
